Train & Bus Tickets FAQs

We can provide tickets up to 60 days in advance of travel.

We must receive full payment before the ticket can be issued. Our administration fee is 250 Baht per every ticket issued.

Each ticket are reserved in the name of the passenger. All names must be correctly given at the the time of booking.

You do not have to reconfirm your ticket.

After you book and receive a confirmation email please check the following very carefully:

• Date and time of departure
• Departure and arrival cities
• Class.
• That the address you have provided is full and complete

Tickets cannot be picked up at train or bus stations.

If you want pick up the tickets in Thailand provide the full postal address of the hotel or contact where you intend to stay.

Tickets should arrive in most countries within 7 working days. Allow more time for remote areas. During holiday times they may take longer. In December the delivery time may be 2 weeks or more. Please order early.

Courier, registered or Express Mail Service postage rates are in addition to the train fares posted and we will inform you about the rate in confirmation e-mail.
