1 After we receive your booking enquiry, you get a detail offer about availability, total costs and the cancellation policies for the requested period.
2 Given that you entered a valid email address, you will receive an answer within a few hours. However, due to different time zones and weekends, this can be delay by up to 24-48 hours in some cases.
3 If room is available and you wish to confirm, you might be ask to secure the booking by a deposit within 2 days. Please note, that room availability sometimes change daily, especially during peak seasons.
4 The deposit is usually between 10-30%. The balance to be paid either direct at the hotel or 2 weeks before arrival. This depends on seasonal policies by the hotels and all these details you will receive in our email response.
5 For any deposit, you will receive an electronic payment receipt. In case a balance payment is requested 2 weeks before arrival, you will also receive an exchange voucher to be shown when check-in.
6 For Airport Transfer Service request, please re-confirm flight details before arriving.
7 If you have to cancel a reservation, please do it as early as possible by email or Fax. Deposits are usually non-refundable unless other notice.
Do you charge a service fee? There is no charge for using our service. Our service is absolutely free.
What is the child policy? Children (2-11 years) can stay free of charge with their parents using existing beds. No free extra bed (or rollaway) and no meal is provided for a child in normal cases. The child's breakfast is normally 50% of the adult's rate.
In case you require an extra bed for your child (2-11 years old), the three person rate applies, which means that you have to select triple room type in the reservation form.
Is your rate inclusive of taxes and service charges? All the rates displayed on our site are inclusive of applicable taxes and service charges. However, some hotels, especially where payment is settled directly with the hotel, taxes and service charge may not be included. This is clearly indicated in the remark under price table.
Will I get the same rate if I reserve a room through the hotel directly? No. The rates displayed on our site are available only through this service. Hotel walk-in rates are more expensive than our rates. All reservations must be paid for in advance upon receiving confirmations from us. This is the only way to guarantee occupancy to the hotels and keep our prices low.
Why is the price different to when I last checked? This normally depends on market conditions and currency fluctuations. During peak tourist season, convention, fairs etc. the prices are likely to change. Slight variation on periodical basis is more likely to reflect fluctuation in currency exchange rates.
However, once booked the price for a hotel is fixed as that at the time of reservation.
What is the confirmation voucher? It is a document you receive from us after payment confirmation that proves you've prepaid for services at your chosen hotel(s) and must be presented upon check-in.
Do I need to confirm my reservation with the hotel directly? No. You don't need to. We have confirmed the reservation on behalf of you already along with the prepayment.
Can I contact the hotel to check the record of my reservation? Once you receive the confirmation from us, you are able to check your record with the hotel directly.
How do I check-in at the hotel? The confirmation voucher is required to be presented upon check-in to avoid problems.
What if I don't like the hotel I reserve? If you face a problem while staying at the hotel, please immediately contact us. We will try our best to solve it.
However, please be aware that any change made at the last minute or while you are staying at the hotel will incur applicable fees from the reserved hotel.
What happens to my hotel reservation if my flight is delayed? Please contact us as soon as possible in case you know that your flight is delayed or going to be delayed. This way, we can assist you in contacting the hotel beforehand to minimize penalties.
