Trip Summary

BB DIVERS, five star Padi idc dive center is a Belgian dive school working with an international divers team, they have been on Koh Chang, Thailand since 2003. Main office is in Bang Bao fishing village. The BB training pool, rooms, restaurant and lounge are in lonely beach. We offer all Padi courses, daily fun dives and snorkeling in a relaxed atmosphere and with a personal approach... We offer fair prices including full insurance, food, coffee, tea and softdrinks, Padi certification, Padi manual, use of all equipment, licensed dive guide for fun dives, licensed instructor for courses. Enjoy as an addition to another tour, or as a complete vacation.

BB diver’s boats

BB Divers Boat Boats are original Thai boats, comfortably adapted for diving. There is plenty of space to relax for the non divers, and to have a nice chat or siesta on the way back from a diving day on the sundeck.You can take a small speedboat as well to the dive sites for safety or pick up. Boat ‘yai’ is very comfortable, it has place for 70 tanks, even on busy days it offers plenty of place for all. The dive equipment is set up below, the top deck is used for all other activities. It is a great boat for the two day trips.

BB diver’s team

All instructors are Padi licensed, and speak several languages. Every instructor or dive master works here out of passion for diving, not just as a job. Most of “BB-ers” are travelers who started their dive training here and found their place on Koh Chang. It became their second home, and every year more and more familiar faces show up again. … The magic of Koh Chang. The boat staff are local Thai; they take care of your safety on the boat, and make sure to ad to the fun.

Pick up from your hotel, lunch, soft drinks, coffee and tea, use of equipment, teaching or guiding by a PADI instructor/dive master, insurance, PADI certificate and course book or Cd rom! … in short, all is included in our prices, no hidden extra’s!

Scuba Diving Trips

Every day we go out on our own boat for a relaxed day trip. We either travel to the local sites around Koh Chang or to Koh Rang National Park, where we enjoy the clear waters and pristine coral reefs of this protected area. Most places are good for diving and snorkeling. We visit two spots, and on the Koh Rang trips we have lunch close to a beach where we take the time to relax between dives. Best time of the year is September to May, in June to August we go out weather permitting.

Divers are guided by the dive master, we dive in small groups and use of full equipment is included. A camera can be hired or we can provide you the pictures of the diving day on cd. Snorkelers get full equipment, there is a snorkel briefing before you enter the water and a local snorkel guide to show you the best spots. We dive and snorkel from the same boat, 80% of the dive sites are very good snorkel sites. If we like to dive the deeper ones then we take the divers there with our small speedboat while the BB boat stays with the snorkellers for safety. On busy days we organize separate snorkel trips.

Dive sites @ Koh Maak	On a weekly basis we organize a boat trip to Koh Maak. In the morning we stop the boat for diving and snorkeling, we have lunch on Koh Maak and stay a few hours to visit the island or laze on one of the beaches. PADI Courses

We teach in English, Nederlands, Francais, Deutsch, Thai ... and have the learning materials (books and video) in more languages including Swedish, Danish, Finish, Norwegian, Spanish, Italian….. The prices include all, food,drinks, pick up from hotel, use of equipment, as well as the books and the certificate. Our classrooms are in Bang Bao village or at the trainings pool at Lonely Beach. Confined water is taught in the BB pool or from the beach. For the diving we go out with the BB boat.

Trip Terms & Conditions

We will exercise best efforts to book hotels per the itinerary, however, in busy seasons and with client bookings made within 60 days of tour date we may be forced to offer substitutes. In this case the client will have the option to agree or cancel their booking within one week of the substitution. We will endeavour to confirm final hotel bookings as soon as possible.
We accept payment via credit card, certified check, wire transfer or money order for your 20% per person deposit. The balance is due 60 days prior to departure and is payable only by certified check, wire transfer or money order (balance can be paid by credit card but we must charge an extra 2.5% to cover the card processing fee - this is not included in the trip price).
The price shown (THB) is per person NET, and does not include international air fare to/from the trip start point.
Cost increases in currency exchange, government fees, taxes, surcharges or hotel/lodge tariff increases between quote date and start date are payable by the client.
